A black viscous mixture of hydrocarbons obtained naturally or as a residue from petroleum distillation. It is used for road surfacing and roofing. We have monthly volume of more than 7000 metric tons. It can be supplied in Drums, jumbo bag and Bulk (Loose)

Bitumen Emulsion

The emulsion consists of bitumen globules held in suspension in water by the electrostatic charge provided emulsifying agents. The emulsion doesn’t   require  heating   before application, so it is energy-saving.

Slow setting emulsion

Bitumen emulsion, a special type of emulsifier is used to slow the process of water evaporation. These types of emulsifier are relatively stable.

Medium setting emulsion

Bitumen emulsion doesn’t break as when applied on aggregate. The process of evaporation starts when the fine dust of mineral are mixed with the aggregate emulsion mix.

Chhattisgarh State is known as “Rice Bowl of India” farming best export quality non basmati rice like Swarna, IR, sona masuri (BPT), HMT and other varieties. Our Mill is located near Bilaspur; in the heart of Chhattisgarh India having more than 35 years of milling experience. We are also associated with more than 16 rice mills to meet the demand and supply. We can supply in volume both RAW and Parboiled rice. The State Chhattisgarh has coal deposit 16% of the total deposits of India. We supply Coal from this region of GCV value from 3000 to 5000. We also supply Run of Mine (ROM) coal. It comprises of all sizes which comes out of the mine without any crushing or screening.

Silico Manganese

Silico Manganese is an alloy with 65% to 68% manganese, 16% to 21% silicon, and 1.5% to 2% carbon. It is produced by smelting of slag from high-carbon Ferro Manganese or of Manganese ore with coke and a quartz flux. Smelting temperatures are high and greater energy is needed to reduce the quartz to silicon. So, the process requires power consumption of about 3,800 to 4,800 kilowatt-hours per ton. Internationally, Silicon Manganese is used extensively when smelting stainless steel and special low-carbon steel.

Iron Ore Pellet

Iron ore pellets are spheres of typically 6–16 mm (0.24–0.63 in) to be used as raw material for blast furnaces. They typically contain 58-65% Fe and various additional materials adjusting the chemical composition and the metallurgic properties of the pellets. These are small balls of iron ore used in the production of steel. The pellets are used in the production of steel which is used in the construction of bridges, cars, planes, bicycles, household appliances and much more. Pellet Specifications:

Iron Ore Fines

Iron ore is found in nature in the form of rocks, mixed with other elements. By means of various industrial processes incorporating cutting-edge technology, iron ore is processed and then sold to steel companies. We are supplying Iron ore fines from mines located at Odisha and Chhattisgarh state with per cent “Fe” ranging from 58% – 64%.

Mill scale is a type of iron oxide that is formed on the surface of the steel during the hot-rolling process. The very high surface temperature combined with high roller pressures result in a smooth, bluish grey surface. Mill scale is used as a source of iron for manufacture of iron and steel from scrap materials. The submerged arc furnace produces very little slag, which facilitates use of mill scale as reducing agents to produce alloy metal with very little slag and impurities.
